- Inbound:Hiring experienced foreign teachers to provide students with authentic English education.

- Outbound: Utilizing the group's overseas institutions in the United States, Singapore, and other locations to engage in deep international exchanges. This involves mutual learning and artistic exchanges between teachers and students. Regularly organized study trips, homestays, visits to international renowned schools, and exposure to foreign cultures broaden students' perspectives, paving the way for them to acquire cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

**Teaching and Classroom Management:**

1. 5 days per week with 2 days off. 850 minutes of teaching per week. (35 minutes per period)

2. Implement assignments allocated by the Head Teacher.

3. Attend weekly teaching research and meetings.

4. Organize and participate in student activities.

5. Continuously enhance teaching methods through learning up-to-date and self-created classes.

**Professional Development and Collaboration:**

6. Collaborate with Chinese English teachers, sharing the same office during work hours.

7. Maintain positive relationships with class members and their parents.

8. Prepare teaching plans before each class, subject to review by the school.

9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Administrative Duties:**

10. Accomplish teaching-related tasks assigned by the school, including development activities, lectures, training, cultural visits, and student activities.

11. Provide academic reports for students and personal reviews each semester.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

- TEFL/TESOL certification.

- Previous teaching experience with elementary school students preferred.

 

 Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary: 16,000-20,000 RMB before tax.

2. Free meals provided by the school’s cafeteria.

3. Flight ticket &Visa reimbursement up to: 7,000 RMB.、

4. Medical insurance coverage.

5. Hotel reimbursement up to 4 days.

6. 11 days of public holidays/year plus Christmas, winter and summer holidays.、
